About the program
Who it's for
You're a jobseeker receiving benefits under the Participatiewet, IOAW, or ANW.
- You feel like you're not making progress.
- You have the potential to develop toward activity or work.
- You speak reasonably good Dutch: you can follow instructions without an interpreter.
- You don't have major physical or mental health issues.
- You don't struggle with major addictions.
You take part in the training as part of a group, or one-on-one where that's a better fit.
You get dedicated, expert trainers and a 'mentor'. Together, you get things moving. And possibly into work.
Goal
Together, we work out what you need to overcome the specific obstacles you're facing. The training is easy to understand.
How
The training covers self-reliance within the life areas of Physical Health, Emotions, Relationships, Time, Work & Career, and Finances.
It draws on approaches that are already proven to work.
Starts with an intake. You train the skills you need within these life areas. You learn what it takes to start thinking about a job. And you learn to work on your personal habits.
Result
Here, you can further develop your possibilities.
You find your way toward the situation you want.
You do this yourself, but not alone.
Duration
The training lasts 10 weeks. It runs 2 days a week, 3 hours a day.
Location
At a location made available by the municipality.
